How do I get my child to drink more water?
It is almost as difficult to get a child to drink water as it is to get them to eat vegetables. While its important to drink enough water all year around, we especially notice dehydration more in the summer months. My kids get tired of drinking water (even though they understand the importance of doing so) and sometimes like to flavor it up with those package tubes of flavor. I’m not a fan as they usually have artificial sugars in them. I did find this brand at Walmart/Neighborhood market though, sweetened with sugar and stevia. There are a variety of flavors. Not bad for the occasional change of pace.
